Last Name I-P: 1:45-2:15 p.m.
Last Name Q-Z: 2:30-3:00 p.m.

Stop by for a visit with your child’s teacher and classroom for the next month! We’ll be here to answer any pre-camp questions and pass out camp T-shirts.

Meet the Teacher will only be for campers enrolled in the Language Program or Siblings Day Camp. New Adventure Play (AP) campers will have had the opportunity to visit campus on their visit date and/or new parent orientation.

*If your camper is unable to attend this event, please still use our carpool line to drop off in the morning. Our staff will ensure your child safely makes it to their classroom.

Forms and Handbook

All campers must have completed student forms, signed handbook acknowledgment page and signed waiver on file with the school by May 7, 2026. These forms are located on the camp registration site for completion. For questions regarding the forms, please contact the school nurse, Angela Burris, LVN, at nurse@parishschool.org.

Camp Lunch

Students attending Camp Acorn’s morning program (9 a.m.-noon) have lunch with their class each day. Please send a healthy lunch to school with your child.

We also offer an optional lunch catering program through The Simply Fresh Kitchen. Simply Fresh provides balanced meals with a variety of options from hot plates to cold lunches. You are welcome to order for one or multiple days. Meals will be delivered Monday through Thursday directly to your child at camp
