If you’re in search of simple strategies to help your young one eat a more varied diet, then this session is for you! During this one-hour adult education session, Rachel Czar explores the reasons children frequently “get stuck” when it comes to food, and how to support them in trying new foods.

Rachel is a registered and licensed occupational therapist at The Carruth Center, a pediatric therapy clinic in Houston. She holds both a BS and MS from the University of Texas Health Science Center and is Sensory Integration Praxis Test (SIPT) Certified. Prior to joining The Carruth Center, Rachel worked as a lead in a DIRFloortime® preschool group in Dallas. She also has experience working with children in outpatient clinics, as well as in their home and school settings. Rachel is passionate about helping children with autism and sensory processing disorder. She is experienced helping children with feeding issues and has Handwriting Without Tears® training.
