SUMMARY:PTO October 2024 Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of The Parish School provides a platform for relationship building\, support and volunteering. All parents of Parish students are members of PTO. Grandparents and other adult family members are also welcomed to become involved. Meetings are typically held on campus the first Friday of each month at 11 a.m. \n\n\n\n\nThe Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of The Parish School provides a platform for relationship building\, support and volunteering. All parents of Parish students are members of PTO. Grandparents and other adult family members are also welcomed to become involved. \nThe Parish PTO supports the school’s mission to educate children who have communication delays and learning differences\, empowering them with the tools to succeed. It does this by: \n\nenriching the experience of children and families at The Parish School\nencouraging parent involvement;\n\n\nsupporting the advancement of the school through outreach\, fundraisers and community-building\n\n\ndeepening the connection of families to The Parish School\n\n\nvolunteering.\n\nPTO leadership is comprised of a president\, vice president and several chairs of various volunteer and fundraising initiatives throughout the year. \nWe would love to welcome and get to know you.

DESCRIPTION:The Parish School is excited to bring to you a fall event filled with fun for the whole family! Come join us for our joint rescheduled Mighty Oak Bash – Fall Festival event on Saturday\, October 26! We will commemorate 40 (plus one) years of Parish by inviting current and former students\, staff and their families to celebrate our remarkable and continued growth over the years! There will be fun for everyone\, as the event will have music\, lawn games\, a photobooth\, Good News Books\, along with: \n\nBounce House and other inflatables\nPetting Zoo\nPony Rides\nFace Painting\nBalloon Making\n\nAdditional details: \n\nThere will be a few tables with seating available\, but we recommend bringing a blanket or camping chairs\nThis event is free. However\, concessions – which are cashless\, credit cards only – will be available.\n\nTo estimate food and beverage quantities\, please RSVP below. We can’t wait to see you there!
